"I've used structured training for a few years and enjoyed the services of a dedicated coach for cycling in the past but during the pandemic have been cobbling together my own plans to save money. The plan purchased from BCA was incredible value but more importantly delivered results! I've been able to train 6 days a week right through Jan without any sickness or injuries whilst seeing improvements in fitness, power, and HRV - I feel honestly fitter now than I did in June last year!
